Book Review: “Unprotected Texts”, by Jennifer Wright Knust….

This is a book that is found in many libraries but no Christian or Jew would even think of purchasing due to its nonsense opinions found within. Firstly the book is endorsed by Bart Ehrman who does not believe the Bible is God’s inspired word and he also holds to views that responsible scholars are at odds with.

I do not need to go into every flaw in this book but only need to shine a light on the first chapter, and more specifically pages 41 and 42. Here we see the author actually suggesting that David and Jonathan had a homosexual relationship or love affair. This is what the author leached out of 2 Samuel 1:23-26. I did not read anything else from this disgusting book.
